Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Refunds are only granted if the item is defective or doesn’t work as expected.
- Time Frame: Claims must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Process: Customers should contact our support team via email with the order number and a description of the defect. Photos or other evidence of the defect may be required.
- Resolution: Eligible claims will result in the dispatch of a replacement item at no additional cost to the customer.
- Exceptions: Customized items are final sale and not eligible for refunds unless defective.
