Refund Policy

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only granted if the item is defective or doesn’t work as expected.
  • Time Frame: Claims must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Process: Customers should contact our support team via email with the order number and a description of the defect. Photos or other evidence of the defect may be required.
  • Resolution: Eligible claims will result in the dispatch of a replacement item at no additional cost to the customer.
  • Exceptions: Customized items are final sale and not eligible for refunds unless defective.
